Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Being accountable to key financial metrics relative to kitchen operations (labour, food cost, inventory management)
  • Training and development of BOH team members
  • Taking ownership of FOH/BOH staff food knowledge and education
  • Daily management of food preparation & execution
  • Food Safe certification
  • The ability to work under a high pressure environment
  • Minimum 1 year management experience working in a fast paced restaurant or pub
  • Passion for food
  • Attention to detail
  • High proficiency in multitasking, organizational and communication skills

Other responsibilities:

  • Purchasing and receiving
  • Scheduling
  • Troubleshooting facility maintenance
Extended medical & dental benefits


Salary:
$60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
