Description

Job Summary:
You are a Data Entry Clerk with a high attention to detail and experience

working with large volumes of data. In this role you will be responsible for the

accurate and timely entry of data from assorted spreadsheets and database platforms into external customer CMIS systems.

Responsibilities:

Receive data via MS Excel and/or access Quickbase database and enter relevant data into external customer CMIS systems, in accordance with company policy and procedures. Ensure work is done accurately per agreed deadline.
Process and review integrity or validation reports regularly and identify potential improvement opportunities.
Report any data integrity issues and work with supervisor to get them resolved.

Requirements:

Recently completed a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Office Administration or a related field
Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team
Willingness to contribute actively in team discussions, sharing experiences and ideas
Strong computer skills with an aptitude for learning new programs.
