Project ManagerSUMMARY
Reporting to the Project Director, this role's primary responsibilities will be to seek new business, key client management, and prepare quotes for tendering new opportunities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities.
- Estimating and job costing including attending prebid walk through meetings with the Project Manager and Safety Manager
- Proactive attainment of New Projects, Solicitations to Bid, and solicitations of Sources Sought
- Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating price.
- Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepares abatement budget by studying building plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs
- Prepare Budget Analysis for ongoing projects
- Ensures Billing is done ontime
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Creating NOP's and or through the PC's when needed.
- Following up with clients regarding job status and any necessary updates
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduation
- Experience in Hazmat, Restoration, Construction
- Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract
- Able to operate a computer and phone at a comfortable level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

$50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
