    Are you an experienced financial leader with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Finance Manager to provide strategic management to our finance department. Autosystems Canada is a division of Magna that specializes in Automotive Lighting Manufacturing. We are located in Belleville, Ontario, just minutes away from beautiful Prince Edward County.

    About the Role


    In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a talented team of professionals, while ensuring that our company's financial performance meets and exceeds expectations.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reports
    • Perform regular analysis of book and ledgers to ensure accuracy
    • Participate in capital process to ensure proper evaluation and presentation of capital needs and compliance with approved budget
    • Oversee auditing process and lead the team through required annual audits for both internal and external stakeholders
    • Assist with budget preparation
    • Responsible for monthly closing of financial books and oversee year-end activities
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual forecasts
    • Initiate, where required, employee mentoring, coaching, development counseling and training plans

    Who we are looking for

    • Dynamic and Passionate Finance Leader
    • Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
    • Strategic and Results-Oriented

    Your preferred qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Related Discipline
    • Completion of, or working towards, a CPA or Similar Designation
    • 5+ Years in a Progressive Accounting/Finance Role
    • Strong Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
    • Advanced Computer Skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Office Products, Excel)
    • Power BI Knowledge is Considered an Asset
