About us
Immaculate Cleaning Services is an exterior building cleaning company. Based out of Maple Ridge, we are a mobile business and work throughout the Metro Vancouver area. The work can be physically demanding and often requires working as high as 4 stories. As a result, wages are good and outcompete comparable labourer wages. Safety is of highest importance and on the job training is provided.


Our work environment includes:

• Mobile, job sites change almost daily
• Work with Pressure Washers, ladders and fall protection
• Full Time Hours with opportunity for Overtime

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks related to building cleaning
• Work with ladders and fall protection
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Operate tools such as: pressure washers, leaf blowers, Tucker poles, window squeegees, etc.

Skills:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work with heights

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.


Salary:
$25.50-$37.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
