Description

As a Customer Success Specialist with RefundPros you'll be helping ecommerce businesses across North America ensure they get the best value from our service and a truly great customer experience.

This role will also play an important part in our customer acquisition and brand awareness. The role will include marketing and social media activities and you will also be developing and supporting new partnerships.

You'll be working onsite in Downtown Kelowna in a great office with a supportive and talented team

Your responsibilities

• Build long term customer relationships and brand loyalty through ongoing account management
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our services and systems to support and educate our customers and partners to ensure they are achieving their goals in using our service
• Ensure every customer feels special and receives an excellent user experience
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure customers have an excellent onboarding experience
• Foster new partnerships with affiliates, agencies and associations and support those relationships
• Maintain accurate, timely and detailed records

What you bring to the role

• Customer service experience
• Experience with social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience writing original content
• Design skills to create digital marketing content
• Motivation and ambition
• Creativity and initiative
• Able to organize your work and work independently
• A passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations
• Strong technical and computer skills and experience with Microsoft and GSuite tools
• Experience with logistics, shipping carriers and or ecommerce marketplaces is an advantage
