Full Time - Parts & Operations Manager - Clairmont, AB

We are looking for someone who:
Represents the Branch in an up-beat manner to provide a positive Customer Experience.

As Parts and Operations Manager your primary work will be guiding the parts operations with an oversite of the other departments in the dealership, to profitably execute on the company's business plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Reporting directly to the GM, you will support all branch operations.
  • Involvement in direct parts counter sales, including after hours support.
  • Ensure proper level, security and merchandising of parts inventories.
  • Prepare and execute the annual parts operating budget, goals, and objectives.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the service department to ensure superior customer support.
  • Ensure accurate costing and crediting of all received and returned parts.
  • Hire, train, motivate, guide, and evaluate performance and image of staff.
  • Prepare effective parts department employee work schedules.

WE WILL GIVE PREFERENCE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH:

  • Previous experience in agricultural equipment parts management and/or dealership operations
  • Enthusiasm about the agricultural industry.
