What We're Looking For
We are currently seeking a highly motivated
Account Manager to join our
CX(Client Experience) team


The
Account Manager is responsible for assisting with the promotion of the company, ongoing maintenance of
client relationships, planning of
solutions, identification and acquisition of new clients, and
coordinating the
design and development of 10-15 projects simultaneously.

With the support of their account team, the Account Manager is also responsible for orchestrating the appropriate
client experience for 5 to 15 client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
-
Primary Client Contact: Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering high-value solutions, strategic marketing, and technical guidance to achieve short and long-term goals.

Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients, driving business development and generating innovative agency-client strategies.

Estimation and Influencing: Create time and value estimates for existing clients, supporting the project management team in influencing clients and resolving disagreements.

Sales Target Achievement:Successfully meet sales targets and conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Project Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact and liaison for the project team, ensuring clear communication and facilitating project decisions.

Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project team members, resources, and workflow processes to ensure smooth project execution.

Comprehensive Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, including document authoring, alternative solutions, and project readiness.

Business Development:Engage in proactive business development activities such as attending networking events, participating in speaking engagements, and interacting with key decision makers.

Client Research: Conduct research on top tier clients to identify business opportunities within their organization and vertical.

Technology Promotion: Promote the agency's technology stack and service offerings through RFP opportunities, short-list presentations, and delivering compelling pitches.


Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
-
4+ years experience working at an
ecommerce agency in an
account or
project management role

  • Exceptional businessoriented written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and confidence speaking publicly and making presentations as needed
  • Exceptional relationship management skills; ability to listen, understand, empathize, communicate constructively, and connect well with clients
  • Strong skills in organization, time management, and teamwork
  • Ability to acquire a valid passport and the interest to travel
  • Google Suite and CRM (Salesforce) experience is an asset
