Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud to provide a competitive and comprehensive compensation to our team.
Starting wages for Journeyman: $38, depending on experience and training.

Journeymen are either experienced at leading a project or are interested in developing their leadership skills.

The following abilities are a must:

4-5 years of construction and/or plumbing experience
Red Seal Certification, Plumbing
Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
Proficient in takeoff/site design and material management
Understanding of sub trade's scope/scheduling/interference
Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices
Communicate with colleagues, trades, and subtrades in a professional manor if/when required
Follow written and verbal instructions as required
Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude
