As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing implementation projects in an agile software development environment, using both traditional and agile project management techniques and approaches.

This includes ongoing assessment of the business value being delivered to and acknowledged by our clients as well as supporting the teams in planning and problem solving.

You will be working closely with our strategic clients, ensuring that the implemented systems built on our company's product portfolio are aligned with the overall product roadmap as well as the operational and strategic needs of our clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand their business needs, and drive clarity on required work to meet these.
• Support the endtoend solutions process to ensure ontime delivery.
• Manage the daytoday customer relationship, acting as a trusted advisor to the executive and senior leadership team.
• Build bridges with product and customer teams to support joint product development and discover adoption challenges.
• Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team.
• Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ongoing project controlling, communication of planning, project status, issues, and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent related professional experience
• 5+ years' experience managing technologyrelated projects using either traditional or agile approaches
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the "big picture" while also diving into details
• Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances
• Experience in the broadcast

- and/or new media industry advantage

• Communicates concisely and effectively; and possesses excellent listening skills (French speaker is a plus).
• Establishes credibility and rapport with technical and nontechnical partners at all levels of the organization up to Senior Executives
