We are looking for an organized, ambitious and dependable individual to join our team of Clinical Co-ordinators and be responsible for daily management at Form Medical Aesthetics.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, you will be primarily responsible for customer service and administrative related duties;
Book appointments and manage the clinical schedule;
Show patients to rooms, reset rooms after use, sterilization of equipment;
General administrative duties such as: cashout, inventory count, purchasing;
Assist other staff with general tasks as may be required;
Sell product and services, offering advice and consultation related to the same, but not exceeding the limit(s) of your training or experience;
Observe all policies, procedures, and requirements including but not limited to documentation such as informed consent documents, medical record documents, in the method prescribed by Form;
Continually maintain and expand your product & procedure knowledge by attending training arranged by Form and your own independent research;
At all times represent Form in a diligent and professional fashion, adhering to published brand standards and guidance from management;
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
