WHAT TO EXPECT:

Reporting to the F&B Manager - Range, we are seeking to fill this position with the right personality who has
chosen hospitality as a career and who is looking for an opportunity to advance.

Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
Assume responsibility for the quality of guests' experience.
Monitor the overall performance of the team.
Answer all guest/member complaints and suggestions.
Assist with the ongoing training program.
Ensure quality standards and procedures are met throughout the restaurant.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire restaurant.
Always display a pleasant disposition.
Handle multiple tasks and requests in a composed manner.
Work as a team member and always maintain a professional and respectful attitude.
Learn and promote the facilities, and amenities and be able to direct guests accordingly.
Follow all government laws and company policies regarding the serving of alcohol.
Comply with all company standard operating procedures and policies.
Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.

Responsibilities

Set up for success ensuring appropriate environment, adequate staffing and supplies.
Set goals for the team daily, staff assignments.
Ensure POS is up to date with all required buttons.
Assignment of opening, running and closing duties.
Ensure the food and beverage list is current, items stocked and accessible.
Update schedule against budget, strategy to ensure we remain on track.
Provide directions to office team on calls called in, schedule changes.
Monitor performance on daily roster.
Check function set ups and liaise with banquet manager to ensure preparedness.
Ensure accurate billing and cover counts in all outlets and participate in the balancing of all employee

- cashouts.

Ensure completion of all duties and checklists.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Must be highly customer focused.

Must be proficient in use of the POS system and Open Table reservation system.
Possess an energetic, proactive, and positive attitude while training and coaching service team

- members.

Must be able to direct and work well with others.
Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long period of time.
Be able to work varying shifts.
Food Safe preferred and Serving It Right mandatory.
WHMIS

**COMPENSATION: - $24 per hour plus tips
