The Director of Finance - Marketing will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, compliance, and performance optimization across Sobey's organizational Marketing, Loyalty and Retail Media portfolio.

- Serves as the primary finance partner to Marketing, Loyalty, Martech, and Retail Media leadership, advising on investment decisions and growth priorities
- Influences marketing strategy by translating financial insights into actionable recommendations that balance growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value
