Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in each child
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the wellbeing and progress of each child
• Monitor and assess the development of each child, identifying areas for improvement or additional support
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and guardians regarding the needs and progress of each child
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity, respect, and diversity

Experience:

Must be a Registered Early Childhood Educator with the College of Early Educators of Ontario

• Previous experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings is preferred
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in computer operations for administrative tasks
