What does a Recruitment Coordinator in Hamilton do?

Actively participate in discussions related to open roles and gain a clear understanding of specific requirements
Build applicant pipeline using a variety of channels including posting to job boards, community colleges, employment agencies, job fairs, social media, online databases
Schedule and conduct virtual or face to face interviews to determine job fit, communication skills and schedule availability
Ensure that all new hires complete online onboarding and confirming all documents are complete and signed
Partner with the Scheduling department to identify a suitable training schedule for the new hires
Assist with issuing uniforms to new hires
Track Uniform receipts on Lightspeed
Assign employee numbers to new hires
Create profiles of new hires on winteam

Hourly Pay Rate $21; post probation rate will increase to $2
Schedule
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Qualifications to become a Recruitment Coordinator in Hamilton ?

Experience in recruitment, an asset
Experience in the security business, an asset
Able to manage priorities independently
Driver's license and ability to travel to Hamilton and occasionally to London/Sarnia branches
