Description

As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle.

Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Achieving and exceeding the VBDC's objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Bilingualism (English and French), excellent communication skills
  • Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, good judgment
  • Sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity
  • Flexible availability, possibility to work evenings and weekends
