    Job Summary


    The Integrated Vegetation Management Crew Leader will oversee and participate in executing vegetation management tasks. They are responsible for leading a team of field technicians, ensuring the completion of tasks on time while adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.


     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assign daily tasks to crew members based on project goals and objectives, prioritizing task completion according to established protocols.
      • 1. Identify assess treat invasive plant species using appropriate control methods such as chemical control mechanical control biological control ensure strict adherence to recommended procedures.
      • 2. Oversee enforcement implementation of safety protocols requiring all crew members utilize protective equipment follow established guidelines when working with chemicals machinery hazardous conditions e.g near roads power lines road conditions highways etc.‍
