Description
Tomlinson is Eastern Canada's leader in environmental, construction and transportation infrastructure services. Tomlinson is seeking to hire a Property Maintenance Worker for at the CORE.. This is a full-time permanent position working at 100 Citigate Drive. This position would be working, in the summer, from Monday to Friday, from 6AM to 3PM.

During the winter months it will slow down, but based on the weather and maintenace needed, hours will be available.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties
  • Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls
  • Sweep walkway of debris
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping
  • Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed
  • Snowplow and shovel is on an oncall/as required basis during the winter months
  • Other light duties and maintenance will be done from timetotime during the winter months

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have a valid "G" license minimum with a clean abstract, reliable transportation to and from work is required
  • Must be availble to work occasional weekends
  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
