- Support the daytoday operations of the organization
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Sort documents and correspondence as needed
- Write and edit reports, memos, and other documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers and clients
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus
- Experience in project management is desirable
