Description
Branch Manager (Union exempt position)
-
'We exist to unite working people to build a just world'_- this is our Social Purpose. If this speaks to you at a core level, read on.

We are looking for extraordinary individuals* who are driven to make social progress and become part of an ambitious and passionate team.

- *We know that extraordinary comes in all shapes and forms from introverted humility to flamboyant confidence - we're here for it all_

Our People Philosophy is simple.

We know that to have a team that treat our members exceptionally well, we need to look after our team, exceptionally well.

This is something that we are very, very good at.

Here's how we do it:

  • We pay unapologetically well.
  • We give our team and their families an outrageously generous benefit package.
  • We have an incomparable RRSP package.
  • We offer 12 days paid health days: being paid versus being healthy is not a decision anyone should have to make.
  • We love and care for our communities, so we pay volunteer hours.
  • We prioritize learning and development: it increases happiness, selfconfidence and selfdetermination.
  • Unlimited Massage (yes you read correctly)... We encourage our team to take care of themselves.
- $500/year Health Care Spending Account

  • Up to $5,000/year interestfree loans towards computer or fitness equipment
- "Wellbeats" On-demand video streaming platform with expert-led fitness, nutrition and mindfulness classes

  • Employer paid LinkedIn learning membership

We run an award-winning Wellness Program that includes:

  • series led by Registered Clinical Counsellors aimed at managing workplace stress.
- $2,000/year mental health coverage
- ongoing de-stigmatization campaigning on mental health in the workplace
- subscription to CheckingIn app access: a mental health-based learning platform

We love working here and want you too as well. What we don't love are clichés.

However, we're going to roll one out here because this above doesn't do us justice (and ahem, word count) so here it is...
