- ***:_ _As the primary contact person, the Unit Clerk I coordinates unit activities to promote relationships with patients, visitors and healthcare professionals. In addition, the Unit Clerk contributes to the efficient function of the Unit primarily through effective clerical and communication activities._

SALARY:_ _$25.89 to $27.48 per hour_
QUALIFICATIONS:_

Two year Medical Office Administration Diploma_

-
EXPERIENCE:_

Minimum oneyear experience in a health care setting preferred_
Two years' experience in an Acute Emergency Room preferred_

ABILITIES:_

Computer literate with a working knowledge of Meditech Information System and Microsoft_
Office Applications_
Medical terminology_
Excellent keyboarding skills_
Ability to work with mínimal supervision_
Team oriented and customer focused_
Well organized._
Excellent oral and written communication skills_
