Creative Door Services, North America's largest overhead door dealer, has an immediate opening for a professional Receptionist in the Regina branch.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Receptionist has an excellent phone manner, positive attitude and provides exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.

As the first point of customer contact for the branch he/she greets customers and answers a multi-line phone system; directing calls to the appropriate department.

In addition, s/he provides administrative support to the branch; including:
filing, invoicing, mail distribution, completes purchasing and invoicing data entry, and all other aspects of office administration. This is an excellent full-time, permanent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service.

Applicants shall meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in reception and office administration.
  • Customer service dedication, superior telecommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, and respect for confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of multiline phone systems, MS Office and Windows.
  • Ability to learn and retain technical and product knowledge to properly direct phone calls and walk in customers.
  • Experience with data entry.
  • Basic accounting experience is an asset.
