Description
Reports to and assists the on-site superintendent for the purpose of building, installing, and dismantling all types of concrete formwork.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years or concrete forming carpenter experience
- The ability to organize and motivate carpenter apprentices to work efficiently
- Must be physically capable of working in all weather conditions and construction environments
- Must own your own or buy your own tools
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds of weight
- Must own your own fall protection gear (PPE) and be certified to use it
- Must know and comply to all WorkSafe (WBC) safety procedures
- Experience working with forming systems (eg. Logic 60, Doka, Peri, etc.) an asset
- Must be available and willing to work overtime when required
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$30.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
