What do our Customer Service Representatives do ?
Our Customer Service Representatives are courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic to the
caller's anxieties over pests in their homes and businesses. They enjoy making a customer feel
confident that their concerns will be handled promptly and professionally.

A successful Customer Service Representative is a motivated self-starter who can work independently
with a focus on results in achieving company business goals.

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and in a professional manner
  • Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person
  • Gather information from customers to help identify and solve problems
  • Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service
  • Confirm, schedule and reschedule services for the customer
  • Set sales appointments for new customers as required
  • Answer billing questions and assist in resolving AR disputes
  • Data entry relating to customer job setups, invoicing and credits as needed
Perform general office duties as assigned

  • Work as a team with Service, Sales and administrative colleagues

Requirements:

What do you need?

  • Two year diploma or equivalent in prior experience
  • One to Two years' experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Have excellent listening and communication skills
  • Have a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm while working under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Selfmanage daily tasks and workload
Show a high level of personal organizational skills

  • Balance customer demands with Service and Sales team requests
  • Must pass preemployment background screen
