- People Leadership, you are able to motivate, encourage, and support a team
- Strong understanding of Claims Adjusting process
- Providing a great Customer Experience
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
- Completed or working towards the CIP designation
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience within the P&C Insurance industry
- A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated People Leadership experience
- Experience using NICE CXOne phone system an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application
