THE ROLE
Under the direction of the Facilities Coordinator, the Facility Supervisor records the use of facilities and equipment, such as booking records, preparation of usage templates, and distribution of schedules.
They Reviews information contained in lease agreements, service contracts and service agreements and advises the monitor of any discrepancies. They contacts clients to determine their facility booking needs. The incumbent collects and processes payments for recreation programs or use of facilities. Communicates with the Marketing Section and Defence Information Network (DIN) electronic signage and content regarding program promotion. They informs clients about the hours of operation and closure of facilities, services and ongoing and upcoming activities. They opens and closes facilities in accordance with safety regulations.QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Recreation, Public or Business Administration or a related field
AND some years of experience in a related field
OR High school diploma
AND several years of experience in a related field
AND
Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
Experience
In personnel administration
In budget administration
In general office administration
