About the Job
We are seeking a Videographer for a creative and broadcast operations recruitment specialists.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with our brand's message and goals.
  • Set up and operate various production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio for onsite shoots.
  • Capture highquality video footage and have a knowledge editing to create polished and engaging final products.
  • Work closely with team members to develop storyboards and scripts ensuring content meets project objectives.
  • Manage the postproduction process, including editing, sound mixing, and color grading, to create a final product that resonates with our audience.
  • Maintain and organize video equipment and assets, ensuring readiness and reliability for scheduled projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest video production techniques and industry trends to continuously improve skills and outputs.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and projects.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role with a portfolio to showcase your work.
  • Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Ability to operate a variety of digital cameras and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and storytelling techniques.
  • Good timemanagement skills and the ability to work on a deadline.
  • Openness to feedback and dedication to improving your craft.
  • Some formal education in film, multimedia, or a related field is preferred, but we also value handson experience and a selfstarting attitude towards learning and professional development.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills who is also comfortable working independently.
