Description

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk looking for a new challenge? Loon River Group of Companies, a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.

This is a
remote position andrequires someone who is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

This position is remote with in person training and meetings in Edmonton, AB from time to time._

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Billing out tickets for LRC and LRT
Reconcile and make sure the payments were applied correctly
Prepare and send invoices to clients and customers.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
Manage customer accounts and ensure they are uptodate.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Communicate with customers regarding their accounts and respond to any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required;
At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a remote environment.
