Your Role
Reporting to the
Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in our New Construction division.

As
Specialty Projects
Project Manager, you will be responsible for the tracking of paperwork on the projects you are assigned to.

You will ensure all Enersolv standards and codes are implemented and you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations while continuously improving the project bottom line.


Responsibilities

  • Manage special projects
  • Develop and track the project schedule including trade manpower loading for the projects
  • Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendorsProvide proactive Tracking of RFIs, Cost Submittals, Shop Drawings and Meeting Minutes
  • Assemble shop drawings from trades and suppliers and review for compliance with Specification
  • Prepare RFIs, MSIs and change orders
  • Direct trade partners and coordinate with other trades
  • Estimate cost changes in scope of work
  • Schedule material and equipment deliveries
  • Closeout projects with all appropriate paper work including operations & maintenance manuals and commissioning documentation
  • Tracking equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
  • Schedule material and equipment deliveries
  • Help create and perform Quality Control (QC) and site inspections
  • Direct warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
  • Follow Enersolv's construction standards for the project
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications
years experience in commercial HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Solid knowledge of the construction process
