  • Setup sales orders and subscriptions.
  • Assist with tracking and reviewing compliance certifications.
  • Assist with collections and prepare AR reports.

  • Assist the finance team with adhoc projects and requests.
  • Process accounts payable invoices in an efficient and timely manner
  • Process expense reports and credit card invoices.
  • Process customer invoices.
  • Post and process journal entries.
  • Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports.

Requirements:


  • University or College Degree in accounting, finance, or business studies
  • Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Experience with Promys PSA (CRM, Help Desk, PSA)
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting software
  • Excellent professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Selfdisciplined, problem solver and high attention to detail.
  • Advanced excel skills and tech savvy.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performancebased environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize based on deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

VACCINATION POLICY

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
