Hardscape Team Lead
Stonecreek Excavation Ltd. is a very experienced and team orientated company that specializes in residential and commercial construction projects. We have been operating in the Okanagan for 5+ years and are an innovative and quick growing company. We are looking to expand our well-established team at Stonecreek Excavation Ltd.

Job Duties
Create a positive work environment and motivate crew members to successfully complete projects. Manage the execution of the hardscape construction projects and manage the safety, quality and productivity of the work site.

Work with and supervise a crew to complete various construction hardscape projects in an efficient and effective manner, while satisfying the customer.

-
Projects may include but not limited to the following:_

Construct walkways, walls, fences, driveways, decks and more.

Prepare and install pavers, retaining walls and rock walls.

Experience using equipment such as a skid steer, a mini excavator and power equipment.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and communication skills.
Selfmotivated, strong work ethic and reliable.
Have a positive attitude.
Able to lead, instruct and work well with a team/crew.
Think two steps ahead and problem solve on the job.
Hardscape work experience.
Experience using equipment such as a skid steer, a mini excavator and power equipment.
A couple years' experience doing landscape work.
A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
High school graduation or equivalent.
