Service Team Member, Saskatoon Soccer Centre Inc. (SSCI)
Overview
The purpose of this position is to:
Ensure that SSCI Service Team vision, service, processes, and communication continue at the standard set by the Service Team Manger (STM to deliver a high level of customer service to our members, guests, and spectators.
This position requires extensive availability and flexibility during the week because the hours to be worked can differ based on the weekly events/activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular Service team staff duties as assigned, including but not limited to, field changes, administration of dressing room keys, facility patrols, etc.
- Answer questions from players, coaches, and spectators.
- Reporting any issues related to guest complaints, maintenance, booking adjustments etc.
- For large events and tournaments, work with STM so that both facilities are supported. This means the staff, members/guests and tournament organizers are supported before, during and after events/tournaments.
- The hours worked each day will differ week to week depending on what is best for the members/guests while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Availability to work evenings and weekends is a requirement.
- $14.00 / hour with increase at 500, 1000, 2000, and 3000 hours
- Part time: Approximately hours / week with possibility to pick up more.

- Strong customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work efficiently with a team or on your own with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift 30lbs and push up to 100lbs
- Knowledge of sports, specifically soccer
- Proficient in / willing to learn Microsoft Programs
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

From $14.00 per hour
