Description
Aldo is seeking a Full-time sales lead and keyholder at the Dixie Outlet Mall location. We are looking for a positive, upbeat, and can-do individual to join our team who is passionate about fashion.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Supports management (Store Manager and Assistant Manager) in all tasks necessary and efficiently to maintain store operations
  • A leadership role in coaching your sales team to meet their personal and store budget goals
  • Ensure to maximize sales by providing a positive customer experience
  • Understands and adheres to loss prevention and security policies, credit, and procedures (ex. returns and exchanges, deposit logs, etc.)
  • Ensure stock replenishment and maintenance merchandise on the sales floor are up to par (price points are correct, missing merchandise are replaced, etc.)
  • Able to climb ladders, move and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Key holder/Shift Manager and related work experience in customer service or retail service
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team to achieve sale objective
  • 6 months to 1year experience in a leadership role

Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour

  • Mississauga, ON L5E 1V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
