• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
• Prepare and mix cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks according to recipes
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and wellstocked
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent overintoxication
• Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Attend to the cashouts of VLT(Video lottery terminal) tickets from customers.

• Previous experience as a Bartender (min 5 years)
• Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and creating accurate bills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely service
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
