We are hiring experienced headshot retouchers for ongoing work who can handle high volume while maintaining realism, accuracy and professional polish.Responsibilities
- Retouch professional headshots from phone photos with a natural, realistic finish
- Correct skin tone, noise, mixed lighting, exposure issues and soft focus
- Reduce or remove glasses glare while preserving realism
- Perform background swaps and composites that look seamless and believable
- Maintain consistency quality across large batches of images
