HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER


You will be an important player in the success of the launch of Wireless, which is a new product for our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the various stream leaders involved in the launch of Wireless;
  • Engage in the development of new guidelines required for the launch of this new product, including the creation of policies, procedures, performance expectations, KPIs;
  • Facilitate change management initiatives, supporting the organization through transitional phases and ensuring a smooth adoption of new processes and strategies;
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with directors and finance, anticipating future talent needs to ensure a seamless blend of skills and capabilities that drives organizational success;
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to architect and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business objectives, fostering a highperforming and engaged workforce;
  • Leverage data analytics to provide insightful recommendations and drive informed decisionmaking, ensuring HR strategies are databacked, agile, and aligned with the evolving needs of the business;
  • Participates and executes strategic HR initiatives and projects including planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of such HR projects within established timeframes and guidelines;
  • Champion an inclusive and empowering work environment by designing and executing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, enhancing the employee experience.

ACADEMIC TRAINING

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business admin
  • CRHA certified or working towards this designation is an asset.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 7+ years of HR experience as a Generalist or Business Partner
  • Knowledge of the telecommunication industry will be considered as a strong asset
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Workday), analytics tools, and spreadsheet (Google suite)

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is essential as the role will be supporting customers across Canada;
  • Experienced in effectively coordinating and planning multiple projects, executing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently while working with conflicting priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated change agent with a learning attitude towards work and teams. Streamlines processes and promotes quality.
  • Handson strategic thinker with developed HR diagnostic and coaching;
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence business partners and issues, and to anticipate and manage change effectively;
  • Ability to "think outside the box" and see the "big picture" impact of decisions and actions.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills within a culturally diverse multilocation work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and supervision combined with the initiative to identify and resolve problems independently.
