Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA):
- Job Duties
Job Duties - 1. Teach, coach and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in the development, maintenance and revision of curriculum.
- Participate in program, Campus, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, industry and professional or other stakeholder activities.
- Travel will be required.- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
- 1. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or in a related field required.
- Eligible for registration (active status) with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses' Association.
- TLR Train the Trainer Certificate. This may be obtained following commencement.
- Minimum of two years recent clinical/teaching experience in the area of medical-surgical and/or pediatric-obstetrical nursing.
- Small group facilitation skills and leading, modelling and teaching interaction skills.
- Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral).
- Effective interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity.
- Effective instructional ability.
- Ability to work as a team member and foster teamwork
