Position Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring that the tools and systemsdeveloped IT systems meet the needs of the sectors.

YOUdocument the scope of projects, their objectives and benefitsexpected. You will represent the business units within the framework ofprojects and assist project coordinators in carrying outof the latter.
Tasks and responsibilities
Analyze the business needs of the sectors, identify theopportunities for improvement and recommend solutions toto optimize and evolve business processes andthe organization of work;
Document business processes and rules. Can accompanyusers in the writing of procedures, as an expert. Duringcalls for tenders, drafts customer requirements;
Ensure the management, analysis and prioritization of requestsof service and supports users in the preparation oftheir requests. Organize and lead workshops withusers to identify their needs;
Prepare detailed needs analysis and participate inidentification of deliverables. Performs analysis ofprofitability and participates in risk analysis;

Master and apply the operational models of the functionscompany within the framework of project and improvement activitieskeep on going.

Develops the testing strategy and use cases.
Leads the testing team during implementation;
Liaise between the development team and theusers during all phases of the cycledevelopment. Assists the project coordinator in monitoringdifferent projects and in the identification of problems and thelooking for solutions;
Monitor products and best practices. Builds andmaintains close business relationships with partnersbusiness and suppliers;
Support the change management team in the implementationof the different activities. Ensure knowledge transferfrom users;
Participate in any project where expertise is required.
Desired qualifications
Bachelor's degree in administration, information systems option orthe equivalent;
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certificate;
Three (3) years of relevant experience;
Excellent knowledge of computerized systems and processingand experience in operating databasescomputerized and report generators;
Very good knowledge of spoken and written French;
Advanced knowledge of software required in the role.
Ability to reconcile divergent interests (IT vs users)and independence of point of view;
Strong capacity for analysis, synthesis and resolution ofproblems;
Strong customer orientation;
Strong relational skills and ease of adaptation;
Very good communication and influence skills;
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
