Salary Range - $50-70K/year
Our client is growing and looking for a talented operations and special projects analyst who will help

maintain high reliability across their network and help manage various special projects as they continue to

grow.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will support the company's ongoing operations, and assist

with various special projects that are critical to their overall success while also actively engaging with

various external customers and partners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily oversight of the network infield assets and assist with troubleshooting issues to
ensure high levels of reliability and overall performance;

  • Research various types of new equipment & services to facilitate growth of their network;
  • Liaise with external maintenance provider to ensure infield activity is completed on budget, on time
and to a high level of quality;

  • Assist with data collection, cleaning, and analysis to support ongoing operational reporting and
dashboards;

  • Develop operational data insights and help optimize operational processes to establish
standardization and efficiency;

  • Make recommendations based on operational analyses of opportunities for costsavings or growth;
  • Assist with development of annual budget for operations, and provide recommendations related to
- long term strategic planning;

  • Engage with crossfunctional team members to develop or refine necessary operational tools to
maintain high levels of performance across our network;

  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and the entire team to grow the brand;
  • Assist with special initiatives, as required;
  • Understand the latest industry & technology trends.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree; business or engineering degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of operations management experience managing complex products/ services
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw
insights

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Power
BI) is preferred

  • Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to identify business growth opportunities;
  • Experience interacting with external vendors and potential partners;
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while effectively adapting to multiple changing
priorities;

  • Highly effective team player able to work collaboratively with leads from other business functions
(Legal, Marketing, Customer Service)
