- Analytics: Leveraging advanced analytics tools, including web analytics, Google Tag Management, predictive analytics, and social media analytics, to gain valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and generate leads.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to understand their IT or Marketing needs.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the technical/marketing team to tailor solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.
Account Management:
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback from conferences and events to shape marketing strategies.
- Support marketing campaigns by sharing valuable market intelligence and client feedback.
- Contribute to creating compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
Global Collaboration:
- Engage with Indian counterparts regularly to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate activities and strategies to ensure alignment between teams in different geographical locations.
- Manage overlapping time zones for effective communication and coordination.
