    We mainly deal with patients who require biologics/specialty medications used in the treatment of chronic medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, urticaria, ulcerative colitis, and many others.

    At Rx Connect Specialty Pharmacy, we provide patient-centric healthcare and assist patients in overcoming the challenges of specialty pharmacy.

    We utilize innovative strategies to deliver patients access to specialized therapy in a cost-effective, timely and caring manner leading to improved adherence, therapeutic success and overall well-being.

    We are looking for an individual who can support us in Account Receivable and office admin funtions .

    • Assist pharmacy team with administrative duties as requested
    • Assist patients in picking up prescriptions
    • Enter, scan, and process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software
    • Maintain accurate data in pharmacy files and computer drives
    • Maintain workflow through effective task prioritization and teamwork
    • Answers the phone and responds to inquiries from internal and external customers
    • Screen telephone calls for the Pharmacist(s);
    • Orders, receives and maintains office supplies
    • Prepare and process billings, claims, disbursements and related documents;
    • Review invoices or other documentation.
    • Maintain pharmacy records, AR accounts, billing, Invoicing, emergency line
    • Leads all wholesale education and maintains records
    • Other duties and tasks as required from time to time.
