- Prepares the required material for the study conduct according to information received and keep a functional inventory of the required material
- Conduct the preparation and the distribution of biological samples
- Perform the filing, archiving, transfer, or disposal of material
- Printing and labelling of samples (blood, urine, etc.)
- Retrieving and transportation of collected samples to the appropriate laboratory
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Passion for science
- Good attention to details
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)
- Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable
- Location: Senneville / Free parking / Free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site
- Salary: $16.25/hrs
- Premiums: Weekends: $2.75/hrs Overtime : Time and a half
- Schedule: Weekdays, between Monday to Friday. Depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime on weekends
- Temporary position for the summer period, full-time at 37.5hrs per week

Job Summary
As a Laboratory Clerk for our Sample Processing team located in Senneville , you will mainly be responsible for sample preparation, retrieving all specimens and transport them in a timely manner to the laboratory. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
