About the role
We're looking for a Senior IT Technical Advisor to join our growing team


What you'll do here:


  • Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of the technology infrastructure architecture on various platforms
  • Work with various internal IS, IT and SE Teams to understand and implement their target technology infrastructure architectural needs
  • Working in close collaboration with IS Technology Architect
  • Implement detailedlevel technical infrastructure architecture designs
  • Executes and supervises project integration tasks by performing installation, configuration, and documentation according to the architectural design provided.
  • Lead & Coordinate infrastructure requests for change (RFC) various IS activities including impact analysis, scheduling, approvals, backout plan, post implementation reports
  • Participate in conducting gap analysis between the existing infrastructure and the infrastructure required to support IT solutions
  • Strictly maintain team standards to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Document the various activities and procedures according to established standards.
  • Participate in the documentation processes including network diagrams, staff contacts, vendor contacts, utilization of monitoring/resource/inventory management tools
  • Provide highlevel technical expertise to support the cloud stack network Operations team in all activities.
  • Lead & Coordinate the resolution of any Infrastructure issues throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Leads & Coordinate Operationalization activities with various, IS, IT, SE & DevOps Teams
  • Engage with technical stakeholders, such as Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, IT Security & ISM
  • Present to the peer review board to gain approval of operationalization of solution, and to ensure that decisions are made with the overall best interest of the enterprise vision in mind

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years' experience, implementing, executing and supporting IT Infrastructure solutions.
  • 5+ years' experience implementing, executing and supporting foundational infrastructure services networking, security, account/organizations, logging & monitoring, identity access management, etc
  • Ability to identify issues and recognize deviations from accepted practices and processes
  • Literacy with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Kanban, etc.
  • A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment, and the ability to lead
  • Can meet deadlines and handle sensitive and pressured situations
  • Skill and ability to train others on technical and procedural topics
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and briefings to key stakeholders
  • IS Team, SE & DevOps Teams, IT senior management & executives
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problemsolving abilities
  • Experience communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences in varied written and verbal formats
