About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent _Manager, Technology and Collaboration Services _to join our Technology and Collaboration Services team in IT.
- PBCs compensation offerings are grounded in a payforperformance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $115,000 $130,000 per year; the base pay offered is based on market and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
The Manager, Technology and Collaboration Services leads the department by coaching staff, workforce planning, and ensuring the team gets support to move projects forward.
In this role, you would partner with the Director to create the department tactical plan, create the budget, create a workforce plan, and ensure that the department stays on track throughout the year.
You would partner with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-departmental planning, communication, and implementation of plans that achieve the organizational strategic plan.
- Infrastructure and end user devises
- Optimization of collaboration tools
- Ensuring compliance of software and hardware contracts
- Managing End User Support including online and agent support
- Communicating performance of technology environment
This role researches, recommends, and implements business solutions, ensures process improvements, and improves effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
You would provide leadership through the project management cycle by identifying opportunities, establishing objectives, evaluating the quality and ROI, and implementing the changes and evaluating their success.
A key for this role is to provide supervision and mentoring to the team to ensure delivery of all workflows and project deliverables.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- 5 years of related experience in information systems technology including 3 years' experience with technology infrastructure support, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership position; managing and/or directing IT operational teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team in a unionized environment.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a major in Computer Sciences, IT, MIS, or an equivalent field including or supplemented by courses in
