Status:
Temporary, full-time (37.5 hours/week) - maternity leave replacement

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm based on operational needs)

Here is the influence you will have and what we will accomplish together
The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising all employees in the group of nurses and auxiliary nurses.

He/she must be able to interpret and analyze the results obtained by employees in order to optimize processes and the quality of service provided.

The incumbent has a significant impact on the ability to timely respond to variations in order to meet the department's financial objectives.


Here's how:


  • Responsible for the direct management of employees in the group of nurses and auxiliary nurses
  • Perform personnel management (selection process, training, performance monitoring, evaluation, and feedback)
  • Plan schedules and manage vacation replacements, days off, and sick leave of staff
  • Supervise the daily operation of the service and operations
  • Act as a resource person for any difficulties encountered with the team
  • Ensure achievement of performance and quality objectives and comply with quality control standards
  • Integrate best management practices within the team
  • Implement processes to make service delivery more efficient and facilitate followup and continuous improvement
  • Act as a communicator during the implementation of process and technology changes
  • Contribute to the company's growth and ensure effective change management
  • Work closely with members of the clinical services management team in other clinics and provide assistance when activities allow
  • If necessary, respond to and serve our clients to ensure optimal service delivery

Qualifications:


You are the missing piece of the puzzle

  • College diploma in nursing or Bachelor's degree in nursing, or any other relevant training in the healthcare field
  • 24 years of experience in operations management and/or personnel management
  • Bilingualism essential (spoken and written)
  • Good ability to work under pressure, autonomy, resourcefulness, and speed of execution
  • Responsible and excellent planning skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze organizational performance reports
  • Computer literacy
