We are seeking a bookkeeper to join our team on both our rail and civil projects.


Bookkeeper roles and responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable management: Bill monitoring and input, account overviews, etc.
  • Accounts Recieveable: Invoice creation as per company standards, payment timeline monitoring, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks features and functions.
  • Payroll input and basic administration
  • Uphold company operation standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (write, speak & read)
  • Successful completion of daily tasks as per prescribed instructions
  • Maintain written daily task lists

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual


Salary:
$23.00-$25.00 per hour
