The Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to our customers by servicing and maintaining an existing portfolio.

- Hybrid Role 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Markham or Newmarket Ontario office location employee will be able to work from.

2. Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Managing established book of accounts including cross selling to existing clients, obtaining information and documentation, negotiating renewals for existing customers, resolving customer issues
- Independently manages accounts on a daytoday basis which includes coordinating all services, answering all questions, and resolving problems, which may arise; maintains timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, brokerage, and insurance company personnel
- Supports the producer when negotiation and securing the most appropriate carrier coverage based upon client needs for new and renewal business and negotiating cost of those coverages;
- Contributes towards the success of team by providing information and suggestions to increase efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude
- CAIB or CIP designation is an asset
- RIBO License is required
