Reporting to the Director, Digital Channels this role will help to develop Kindred's digital channels through cross functional collaboration, facilitation, research, testing and widget ideation to provide greater engagement and service for our members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Digital Channel project development, maintenance and testing (ie: mobile apps, online banking, ATMs etc).
  • Facilitate / liaise with staff across the organization to help lead Digital Channels initiatives.
  • Facilitate / liaise with prospective and current vendors to help lead Digital Channels initiatives.
  • Assist with online banking and mobile widget ideation and development.
  • Research and create gap analyses, consolidate and compile ongoing member feedback and industry trends.
  • Contribute to building Kindred's Digital Channels operations, documentation, and infrastructure.

You are a financial services professional that has a strong familiarity with digital systems and processes.

With your strong technical and analytical skills, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, you will serve as a critical partner to our internal departments and branch staff to ensure our digital channels are effective in meeting the evolving needs of our members and business.


Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 35 years experience in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of digital systems and processes
  • Project management experience _an asset_
  • Strong technical, testing aptitude (eg. OLB, mobile apps, ATMs, widgets)
  • Solid understanding of policies, processes and procedures
