Responsibilities: 

• Own delivery of assigned Statements of Work from kickoff through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and technical expectations 
• Partner closely with engineering, implementation, QA, and architecture teams to plan and execute technically complex work 
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear technical tasks, delivery plans, and acceptance criteria 
• Identify, assess, and actively manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges 
• Lead project planning, sprint coordination, and sequencing of technical work across teams 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, clearly communicating technical progress, risks, and tradeoffs 
• Manage change requests with an understanding of both delivery impact and technical implications 
• Maintain accurate project data and reporting in Jira, JCMS, and related tracking systems 
• Ensure project documentation—including decisions, assumptions, and technical constraints—is complete and accessible 
• Guide and support analysts, implementers, and testers in day-to-day execution and prioritization 

Requirements: 

• 2 – 5 years of experience managing technical or software-focused projects, ideally in enterprise or SaaS environments 
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, profitability, and delivery for technically complex projects 
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and tools such as Jira 
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand system configuration, integrations, APIs, data flows, and environment considerations 
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders alike 
• Proven experience identifying and mitigating delivery and technical risks 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects 
• Experience working directly with customers in post-implementation or professional services contexts 
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus, but not required 

Additional Details: 

• Typical project sizes range from $10k to $100k 
• Projects may include integrations, configuration-heavy enhancements, workflow redesigns, and public-facing portal deployments 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project/PPM tools)
