    Workday Consultant (HCM and/or Financial)
    The successful candidate will be responsible for deployment delivery; managing projects across a breadth of clients.

    Active listening, good communication, responsiveness, ability to manage multiple tasks and consulting on HCM and/or Financial solutions are key attributes for this role.

    Responsible for ensuring timely and quality execution of client deliverables for Workday projects. Responsible for bodies of work from start to finish across multiple projects or clients with limited supervision.

    Effectively executes medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple,concurrent projects utilizing Alight's quality standards and consulting methodology.

    Manages self and work to project scope, timeline and budget.

    Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous clientexperience, Workday best practices, as well as Alight's Point of View.

    Participates in or may lead internal business initiatives to assist the organization in building ourAlight brand and collateral, including but not limited to internal domain groups, chats andtraining.

    Participates in building the Alight Brand by participating in Workday ecosystem productgroups/chats.
    Serves as Subject Matter Expert in functional/technical area.
    For CDS, may consult without supervision in complex projects, and/or leads Medium Enterpriseor smaller Large Enterprise projects.

    2 to 3 plus years relevant consulting, domain, Workday and/or related technology experience required
    ~ Demonstrated advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
    ~ Workday HCM and/or Financials experience strongly preferred
    ~ If not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certification, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Math Computer Science or related discipline.
